During my stay at Vintage Boutique, I experienced exceptional service from the hotel staff. They promptly addressed a minor issue in my room, fixing it within minutes. Their helpful and cheerful attitude made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel's central location in the heart of the city was also a major advantage, allowing easy access to the main attractions. Additionally, the comfortable bedrooms and delicious breakfast added to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and prime location.

When I called one day ahead they did not have my reservation at all. I had the confiormation form Booked.net per mail and sent this to them. Luckely they had still a suit left for those nights. For the rest the hotel was great I could realy recommend it to travellers. LVov is a wonderfull historic city. Regards, Eelke

Conveniently located in the heart of the old city, steps away from restaurants and attractions. Spacious rooms with public areas for reading and working. Impressive wine cellar with a wide selection and friendly service. Easily accessible parking with directions from hotel staff.

The sights out of the windows are pretty poor, especially the one to the construction and the shady blocks in the neighbourhood. Because of the construction it was pretty loud in the morning, too.

The Vintage Boutique Hotel in Lviv is a real gem. the attention to detail in the vintage design really impressed me. The cozy yet modern feel of the hotel was just perfect. Secondly, its location couldn't be better. Situated in the center of Lviv, it's just a short walk to the bustling Main Square. Lastly, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. And let me tell you, the water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was faultless.

No hot water on holidays. After complaining, a small trickle appeared. Rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis unless requested.

Wonderful location for both business and sight-seeing on the quiet side street in the middle of bustling old town. Great breakfast and room service. Cosy summer terrace in the small square nearby. Rooms immaculate in tidiness and style.

This place is in a perfect location, right in the center of everything. The staff offered very good service at the reception desk, and they were helpful and friendly. The room was immaculately clean and had all the amenities I needed including a flat-screen TV.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Vintage Boutique Hotel in Lviv exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely fantastic, right in the very center of the city. It was so convenient to be just a stone's throw away from the Main Square and all the attractions. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Lastly, the rooms were lovely, with excellent water pressure in the showers. It's the little details like this that truly make a difference. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with hot dishes made to order.

No complaints, everything was absolutely fine.

Very relaxing atmosphere, good restaurant with various types of wine available, very helpful staff who called a taxi to pick me up at the airport on my request which saved me a few $$.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of the city, just a few steps away from the main square. The hotel facilities are superb, with excellent wines and home-baked bread to enjoy. My junior suite was nice and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and toiletries. The staff were fantastic, particularly Yulia, who gave me many useful recommendations for restaurants, tours, and attractions to visit.

Nothing that I didn't like.
